Good Day. Let me ask some questions for clarification on the Qualification to become a TES grant. I am a TES grant 2019-2020, and they removed it as 2020-2021 due to the conflict address of my TDP Application. Still, before I apply for my TES application, I am a certified and official Resident of Dagupan City, where my school is located, and I have documents to prove that, but unfortunately, they base on the address of my TDP Application without any confirmation with us about our Permanent address before we apply in TES Scholarship.
